Ground Truth at Leap - the Agentic Marathon

The farm holds more than 100 people, with half the capacity reserved for builders.

The idea is simple: one evening to see what happens when an agent is left entirely on its own.

At five, the agents start. They run for four full hours with no touching, no intervention, and no extra time. The people who built them stay on the farm and watch what they created work in front of them.

Throughout the four hours, we follow three things: what the agent gets done, what it costs to get there, and what it does when it hits a wall.

Nobody explains their agent.
The log speaks.

At nine, the agents stop.

At 9:15, everyone comes together to see where they landed.

But the night is bigger than the experiment.

From qahwa and dates around sunset, to the yard opening for food and activities, to the showcase and dinner under the night sky, the idea is to be there for the whole thing. To watch, meet people, and experience the night as it unfolds.

Hospitality runs continuously from five to ten. Prayers are observed, and cars stay on site.

The latest useful arrival is nine. After that, you have missed the moment the evening was built around.
